Last updated: 2026-10-01ZXMOTO.KW is operated by AL KUWAITYA CO., LIMITED. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse motorcycle models, create an account, contact us or reserve a motorcycle in Kuwait.
Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address, password in hashed form and preferred language. You may provide an optional mobile number during registration or in your profile, and add a name to your profile. For a reservation, we record the model, colour, showroom, any note you provide, booking status, deposit amount and payment or refund references. Our systems also process technical information such as IP address, app version, platform and, if push notifications are available, a device or push identifier. If you use an external messaging service to contact us, that service and our customer service team handle the information you send.
How we use information
We use this information to create and secure your account, process reservations and deposits, communicate about your motorcycle and delivery, provide customer support, prevent misuse, meet accounting and legal obligations, and send service notifications where enabled. We do not use your information for targeted advertising or sell it.
Payments and other services
Deposits are paid on a payment page hosted by MyFatoorah. We share the contact and order details needed to start and confirm the transaction. Card and bank details are entered with the payment provider, not in ZXMOTO.KW. If you choose customer service chat, the external messaging provider handles that conversation under its own terms and privacy policy. Map or other external links you open are governed by their providers' policies. We may share reservation details with our showroom staff to fulfil your order, or disclose information where law requires it.
Storage and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information. We keep information only as long as needed for your account, reservations, payment records, customer support, security and applicable legal or accounting obligations. Records may be stored or processed by service providers outside Kuwait where necessary to operate the service.
Your choices and account deletion
You can view or update available profile details in the app. To delete your account, open Me and choose Delete account. This removes your sign-in details and linked device records. Reservation and payment records may be retained where needed for fulfilment, refunds, disputes or legal obligations. You may ask us to access, correct or delete other personal information by contacting customer support at alkuwaitiya@alkuwaitiya.net.
Children and changes
The app is intended for customers arranging a motorcycle purchase and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the service changes. The current version and its date will be available here and in the app.
